On 5 August 2026, a scientific seminar entitled "Modern Problems of Mathematical Physics and Their Applications" was held at the V.I. Romanovskiy Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan.

The seminar featured a lecture by Professor M.A. Sadibekov, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Chief Researcher at the Institute of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling.

During his presentation, Professor Sadibekov introduced the activities of the Institute of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling, highlighting its major research directions and international scientific cooperation.
